Project 219, North Orchid District, Beit Al Watan

The name of Memar Misr Group shines in all its distinguished services, most notably the contracting works that are created and designed for others based on commitment to engineering standards, superior quality, and modern designs. Among these projects, the Saraya project stands out, located north of Orchid in New Cairo, and designed in a modern-classical style. It blends old classicism with modern contemporaryism, where balance appears in the details of the building, such as the decorative columns inspired by the Islamic style, with simple touches such as the use of English bricks known for their durability, which add an artistic touch to the building with their colors, to appear integrated and harmonious. Moving inside the building, we find the use of marble in every part of the decorations and finishes, in addition to gypsum board in the ceilings, and a garage equipped with the latest means of safety and order. The building is also surrounded by a carefully designed landscape to add beauty to the surrounding aspects, in addition to the luxurious fence surrounding it. All these elements come together in an integrated manner in Memar Misr Group’s projects, our history.
